Role Overview: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of supported living projects for vulnerable young people aged 16-25. The aim of these projects is to provide young people will the skills and tools that they need to move towards living independently. Your key focus will be on maintaining high-quality services. You’ll collaborate effectively with colleagues while demonstrating strong management capabilities in overseeing support workers and assistants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Crisis Management: Responding promptly and calmly to crisis situations, directing the best course of action.
- Handovers: Ensuring handovers are completed to a high standard.
- Referrals: Managing and overseeing new referrals into the service.
- Coverage: Ensuring appropriate coverage for all projects in cases of sickness or absence.
- Documentation: Overseeing case notes, support plans, and client progress.
- External Collaboration: Liaising with external services as necessary.
- Policy Adherence: Ensuring all employees work in alignment with company policies and values.
- Safety Measures: Implementing health and safety procedures and safeguarding measures.
- Flexibility: Working across multiple projects with adaptability.
- Caseload Management: Managing the needs of young people under your care.
