Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation efforts.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and constraints.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and communication to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Track project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related inquiries and escalations.
- Facilitate change management processes and ensure proper documentation of changes.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
