Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently plan and oversee the successful delivery of tasks across multiple projects.
- Ensure projects are executed safely, adhering to schedules, and staying within budget constraints.
- Communicate project status and performance using approved internal reporting processes.
- Effectively manage project constraints and conflicts, including resource and schedule demands.
- Support change control and contract variation processes.
- Collaborate with commercial and procurement functions in sub-contractor and equipment selection activities.
- Delegate and manage tasks among vendors, engineering, production, and support functions.
- Facilitate effective communication between key stakeholders to resolve technical, commercial, or procurement issues.
- Produce high-quality output within tight deadlines, demonstrating a willingness to go the extra mile for success.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in project management, engineering, or project coordination, with a preference for marine/offshore/subsea environments.
- Proven track record in handling commercially sensitive projects.
- Awareness of working to marine defense standards and international quality and safety standards.
- Possession of a full, clean driving licence.
- Demonstrated desire, drive, and flexibility to succeed in challenging environments.
