Project Manager - SEND
North West | Full Time | GBP £250pd - circa £50k pa
Our local authority client, based in the North West of England, is seeking the services of an experienced Project Manager, tasked with overseeing initiatives in Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) service. If successful, you will work with the SEND Programme Manager to work on project development and delivery, leveraging expertise in project management and process improvement. Experience in SEND is advantageous, but by no means essential. Experience of working in either an NHS or Local Government environment would be highly beneficial.
You will collaborate closely with the Head of SEND and practitioners to ensure optimal service organization, presenting complex information confidently to diverse audiences. Additionally, you will step in for the SEND Programme Manager and support other delivery staff as needed.
If you can demonstrate:
- Proven project management and collaboration skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis, including Excel or Google Sheets
- Innovative problem-solving, grounded in evidence and research
- Proactive approach, driving results independently.
