We're partnering with a Diverse Awarding organisation to find an experienced Project Manager to successfully deliver ongoing and new Transformation projects.
The Contract
This is a full-time position, 35 hours per week, on a Fixed-Term contract for 2 years. The role is fully remote with occasional travel to office in Colchester.

About the role
As the Project Manager, you will oversee crucial projects within the organisation's transformation programme. Your responsibilities will involve working closely with Programme Boards, the Programme Manager, subject matter experts from operational business units, third-party suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Other Responsibilities (but not limited to)
* Manage key projects from start to finish.
* Ensure data standards are maintained in all managed projects.
* Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines for new projects.
* Develop and implement project plans, managing task dependencies.
* Line manage and develop Project Administrators as needed, ensuring accurate and timely work and documentation.
* Driving collaboration across the operational departments of the business, and third-party
partners to ensure project deliverables meet the business need and deliver value throughout the projects.
About you
* Experience in formal project management frameworks, adaptable to project needs.
* Minimum 3 years of end-to-end project management experience.
* Proven success in completing projects from start to finish.
* Collaborative work with system users and external suppliers to meet project requirements.
* Skilled in communicating with stakeholders at various levels.
* Business analysis experience is a plus.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
