An organised and hands on Construction Project Manager, is now needed to join an established Construction Fit Out organisation, based in central London.
The Project Manager will be supporting on a set of unique projects, within the hotel, leisure and retail sectors.
The Project Manager’s Role
The Project Manager will jump straight onto a high end hotel project, with a value of £12M, with additional projects ranging in £900K - £6M.
You will run this project yourself, with internal support from a Project Director. You will also have an additional support from a Site Manager.
The successful Project Manager will join an award-winning team, who operate across the United Kingdom, within a myriad of sectors.
The experienced Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the client is kept up to date, communicate with the onsite contractors and ensure costs and timescales are maintained.
