Key Responsibilities - Project Manager
The Project Manager will engage in project surveys and quotations, collaborating closely with senior contract management. They will oversee project mobilisation, by creating safety documentation, procurement schedules, and plans that demonstrate continuous improvement, as well as organizing and scheduling work packages. In project delivery, they will oversee financial reporting and ensure successful project completion. The Project Manager will also participate in various meetings, dividing their time equally between office and site depending on project demands. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of individual projects.
Working Hours - Project Manager
8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday).
Out-of-Hours Work: As project dictates with TOIL (Time Off In Lieu).
Hybrid Working: Flexible working.
Personal Attributes - Project Manager
- Multiple project delivery experience within M&E sector for projects valued between £50k-£1m.
- IOSH certification.
- Ability to produce and sign off CPP, RAMs, & Permits.
- Strong financial control and reporting skills.
- Commercial acumen.
- Ability to produce a construction programme.
- Relationship-building skills (client-facing).
- Eye for detail and ability to articulate it well.
- Strong understanding of surveying a wide range of prospects, not just M&E but also fabric and build opportunities.
- Knowledge of how to build a tender.
- Ability to guide projects from concept to completion/handover to clients.
