Please refer to full job description for full details To organise, coordinate and participate in careers events, workshops, presentations and advice sessions for Widening Participation target groups (local unemployed young people, care leavers, young people with additional support needs etc.). To co-develop and deliver a suite of pre-employment programmes and linked support for young people to support their career ambitions and employment goals To establish and develop face to face relationships with young people in targeted areas in line with the projects stated aims and objectives To engage with young people to identify barriers to their progression in life, in education, training and ultimately employment. To provide personal development support and coaching that will include assessment, action planning and goal setting using appropriate assessment tools to map progress against agreed milestones to progression. To manage the scheduling of activity across project workstreams, ensuring project management processes are in place and reporting progress to internal and external stakeholders via meetings, written reports and presentations To ensure the maintenance of accurate and comprehensive records of activity and engagement to support with internal and external reporting requirements To work flexibly to meet the needs of young people including evenings and weekends (by agreement)
