They are responsible for integrating and coordinating the project lifecycle phases in compliance with the business processes and functional departments. They are responsible for preparing and maintaining with the Project Manager the project control schedules in accordance with appropriate procedures, guidelines and instructions, ensuring that the project schedules accurately reflect the scope of the project in accordance with an agreed Work Breakdown Structure and are of sufficient detail to enable project progress to be accurately monitored, reported and communicated.The Project Planner will assist the Project Manager for progress review meetings, monitoring and reporting to Project Manager on the overall project activities and milestones, analyzing trends which may imply delay and proposing any required corrective actions to ensure that projects are delivered to the required time targets.Main Responsibilities * Work closely with Project Manager to ensure critical changes that affect the project timeline are adjusted on the project timeline. * Develop full scale project plans * Plan and schedule project timelines * Integrate project schedule, risk evaluations and assessment * Track project deliverables using appropriate tools with the Project Manager * Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to Project Manager * Compiling monthly data for monthly project reviews * Manage the project schedule reporting * Supporting project with achieving functional milestone deadlines * Supporting project managers at project inception with establishing the project baseline documents. * Facilitating recovery planning meetings with project teams. * Supporting Managing information and recommendation to strategic plans and reviews. * Support the Project Manager with project changes reschedulingIdeal Knowledge & Skills * Project Cost Management * Project Management processes and methodologies * Project management techniques and tools * Project Risk Management * Project Scope Management * Project Time Management * PM Communication and presentation skills; public speaking * Project Scheduling tools * General-purpose IT toolsIdeal QualificationsEducation : * * Relevant technical / engineering qualificationPrevious experiences * * Two years of relevant experience
