Looking for an opportunity to drive a scheme from start to finish and be able to put your own stamp on things?
A brand new scheme has been awarded to one of our blue chip clients and they are looking for an experienced Project or Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead this scheme from procurement to final account with a repeat business local authority client.
The project is a £17m construction of a new bus lane as part of a Green Initiative and is programmed to be on site for approximately 18 months.
The successful candidate will be experienced with the use of NEC4 contract and be comfortable with client liaison. It is also preferable if you have local supply chain knowledge as our client is keen to develop further working relationships in the area.
In return, a generous basic salary is on offer along with car/car allowance, 27 days holiday plus stats and much more.
