Project Reporting Specialist

FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Project Reporting Specialist based in Aberdeen, with occasional offshore trips as required.

This is a Contract position for approx. 6 months to assist during a very busy period for the business, working full time with Hybrid working available.

Main duties include:

•  Responsible for overseeing the execution, ongoing progress and final reporting of offshore vessel and platform-based survey and inspection projects
• Ensuring that all assigned tasks are executed with the utmost quality and professionalism, adhering strictly to IMS and project-specific guidelines.
• Oversee the timely completion of final reports, ensuring that all data deliverables align with the contractual reporting schedule.

Suitable candidates should have the following:

• Formal qualifications in Earth Science or Engineering (HND / Degree level)
• Prior offshore experience with ROVs, Hydrographic Data Processing or Inspection
• Good IT skills
•  Ability to understand technical engineering drawings
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Familiarity with software such as EIVA, Integrity Elements, COABIS, Apollo Knowhow, and NEXUS (Desirable)
• Ability to generate electronic reports, and proficiency in digital video, image editing, and eventing packages (Desirable)
