Project / Senior Quantity Surveyors Required - Commercial / Leisure / Life Sciences / Healthcare
A well established main contractor with offices in central London and nationally currently requires a Project / Senior Quantity Surveyors to work across one of their recently secured schemes situated around Central London and surrounding areas.
The projects in question are across the leisure, commercial, life sciences and healthcare sectors with values ranging from £20m - £75m. As each of these projects are either due to commence or have recently started candidates with strong procurement and full project lifecycle experience would be preferred.
Role: Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Central London
Rate / Salary: £400 - £550 p/d or £60k - £90k (plus package)
