About the client
Our client, established over 30 years ago, offers Cost Management, Project Management and Building Surveying services to Public and Private Sector clients. Asset classes include Commercial Offices, Life Sciences & Laboratories, Healthcare, Warehouses and more, focusing primarily on delivering Fit-out and Refurbishment projects, with values ranging from £500k to £20m. Over the years they’ve gained a solid base of repeat clients which has ensured the business has remained stable, and they’re now in a position to build on this foundation and bring on new clients. The requirement
Our client is currently searching for a Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor to assist the established QS team with their growing workload. The split of work is expected to be 85% QS and 15% PM. Projects will be a mixture of CAT A, CAT B, structural refurbishment, re-modelling, contract admin and refurbishing existing space. Must be RICS qualified. The individual has to be self-motivated, capable and able to work under their own steam with appropriate supervision. No trainees will be considered.
