Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Project Support Officer based in South Shields. This is a contract role working full time hours.

The job:

• Provide Project Support for the clients service management team, support tasks associated with managing complex projects.
• Support service and management with the development, implementation, co-ordination and control of a range of change management projects, including service planning & reviews.
• Support the use of business management tools and co-ordinate resources and individual budgets effectively
• Be accountable for the coordination of all project documentation, including effective record keeping and version control.
• Organise, plan and attend meetings and conferences as requested, involving internal colleagues and other stakeholders, including the creation of agendas and taking and distribution of minutes
• Manage and work with stakeholders and other organisations, updating workflows and spreadsheets as appropriate within time frames.

The candidate:

• Experience working Project Support in a previous role
• Experience working public sector (social care or education preferred)
• Experience managing stakeholder and management expectations
• Strong IT knowledge, including MS Office; Excel, Power Bi
