SalaryProject Support Officer
Brook Street are looking for an experienced project manager to join a fantastic employer on a temporary basis until the end of the financial year. You will work core hours Monday to Friday and on a hybrid basis with two days in the office and three days at home. There is an immediate start available for the right person
What will you do as Project Support Officer?
- Communicate and deliver information orally, in writing and electronically to internal and external stakeholders
- Provide high level administrative support by planning and supporting several projects
- Monitor progress of multiple projects
- Identify risks, reporting to the Project Manager
- Provide training to other staff members
- Delegate tasks where appropriate
What type of skills/experience do I need to be considered for this role?
- NVQ Level 4, degree, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience supporting or managing projects
- Ability to plan and prioritise workload
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team with multiple duties
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
