Jaydee-Brook is an established and successful Shopfitting & Internal Fit Out Company based in Peterborough. With over 30 years experience in retail, commercial, industrial installations and refurbishments, the Company has built a strong reputation for quality, efficiency and service.

As part of our expansion programme we are currently looking to recruit a:

PROJECT SURVEYOR

Location: Head Office Peterborough UK Coverage of Surveys
Hours: Full Time Mon Fri 8am 5.30pm
Salary: Up to GBP52,000 + pa Dependent on Experience
Holidays: 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
Pension: Workplace Company Pension Scheme
Vehicle: A Company Vehicle or Vehicle Allowance will be offered

We are looking to recruit an experienced Project Surveyor with professional CAD skills with construction / fit out / refurbishment experience that can work as a team member in creating space planning designs, store layouts & visuals along with the ability to work with our strong team to deliver projects throughout the UK.

Personal Specification / Qualities:

• Must have previous experience in surveying projects.
• Must have strong CAD skills and design flair
• Must have project management skills.
• Must have commercial awareness skills.
• Must be able to work on own initiative.
• Must have high degree of accuracy & motivation.
• Must have the ability to work as part of a close-knit team and manage numerous projects.
• Must have flexibility in the role to work within the Management Team.
• Sketch Up or modelling / space planning would be an advantage.
• A full, valid driving licence
• Preferably living within easy access to the Peterborough Head Office

Key Accountabilities:

• Must have experience in the Commercial Building & Construction Sector
• Managing building works, fit out projects & general property development.
• Undertaking a variety of surveys & inspections including condition surveys & dilapidation surveys.
• Deal with Planning Applications & Building Regulations.
• Assist in establishing a client s requirements & undertake feasibility studies.
