Project/Account Manager - Exhibitions

An opportunity to take on a pivotal role at an established design and build agency with an excellent track record highlighted by their returning client base over the past 40 years.

Starting out in technical production some 40 years ago, this agency now have a strong focus on the design and build of a range of exhibition stands from sustainable, modular options to double decker complex and bespoke solutions. With a creative design team in house they are able to offer unique proposals for their diverse client base, winning awards based on innovation and a high quality finish.

THE ROLE

Since covid this agency have bounced back stronger than ever and are now looking for an Account/Project Manager to join the exhibitions team. The role will be working alongside an award-winning team manging the end to end delivery of a range of exhibition stands from custom build to modular and sustainable options.
You will inherit current clients and be expected to nurture them through the design and delivery process, overseeing builds onsite, managing budgets and ensuring they come back for their next stand. There will also be opportunities to lead and participate in pitching for new business.

As Account/Project Manager you will be responsible for;

• Interpreting client briefs and identifying key deliverables
• Ensuring successful project delivery
• Managing expectations and schedules
• Building accurate project plans
• Onsite management
• Liaising with and coordinating third party suppliers
• Leading client meetings and presentations
• Budget management    

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this role, you will have experience in project management and a keen interest in event build and production as well as the ability to prioritise workloads and strong communication skills.
