The role of the Senior Key account Manager is a newly created position within the business, the main requirement of the role will be to manage 3rd parties, look after, nature and service the client from inception of the project to completion.
Working for a exciting, modern and currently expanding business your role will be varied and will involve travelling to partner sites in Gloucestershire.
Role will include:
- Assist sales team with all enquiries and projects from client engagement through to project completion
- Attend client meetings and site visits (UK wide)
- Manage client sales proposals, specifications, and quotations
- Review, track and control costs throughout the project
- Effectively manage the 3rd party suppliers and partners including liaison with sales, design, project, and commercial teams
- Assist senior management in future sales strategy and marketing activities
- Be responsible for all sales and client project documentation
The successful Key Account/Project Manager will have the following skills and attributes:
- Previous experience within a Sales, Project, or Account Management role
- An understanding of the construction industry specifically within public sector (Healthcare, Councils etc)
- Good commercial understanding, including cost control and analysis
- Excellent standard of communication skills, both verbally and written
- Must be computer literate with an excellent level of experience using Outlook, Teams, MS Word and Excel
- Full driving license essential & willingness to travel
