SalarySenior Accountant / Accounts Manager required to join our client, a Chartered Accountancy Practice based in Stockport to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This close-knit Accountancy Practice works with a range of clients to offer tailored services.
You will be responsible for communicating with clients as well as delegating work to junior members of staff.
Senior AccountantPosition Overview- Preparation of year-end accounts for a variety of clients
- Preparation of Month End Accounts
- Preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Management Accounts if possible
- Drafting of tax computations
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Other ad hoc work as required
- Client Management
- Reporting to Directors
- Minimum 3 years' experience within Accountancy Practice
- Audit experience extremely beneficial
- QBE or AAT qualified
- Previous experience with IRIS beneficial
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Based locally to Sutton Coldfield
- £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
- 9am - 5pm
- 25 days + bank holidays
