Key responsibilities include:
- Managing projects from concept to handover
- Collaborating within an established contracts team
- Communicating with clients to comprehend their requirements and ensure expectations are met
- Generating all necessary health and safety documentation for each project
- Coordinating the installation of mechanical and electrical services at customer sites
- Supervising on-site installation teams
- Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and specifications
- Negotiating and project-managing suppliers and sub-contractors
The ideal candidate possesses:
- Minimum engineering qualification (HND or degree level, optional)
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, Word, MS Project, etc.)
- Familiarity with Health and Safety practices
- Ability to plan, direct, and control site activity
- Capability to manage budgets and cash flow
- Full UK driver’s license, as regular travel to client sites across the UK is required
Offered benefits:
- Salary: £35,000+ DOE
- Working hours: 37.5 per week (some flexible working)
