Do you have experience within the construction sector? Do you have a background in managing multiple projects at any given time? Do you have a full UK driving license?

This company is one of the specialist contractors in the UK. Having been established for several decades, they are capitalising on their success and are looking for Survey Managers to join their team and would therefore look at anyone from a project, site or contracts management background.

In this role you will receive full training to be able to manage a small team of surveyors who investigate buildings and structures using a range of both industry standard and new, innovative, techniques. You will need to ensure all works, contracts and the projects themselves are running on time, smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal person for this position will have a background in either Site, Contracts or Project Management, or similar and looking to work for a leading company where you will play an integral part.

The Role:

• Lead a team of surveyors on site and remotely
• Ensure
• Assisting Senior Technicians to achieve deadlines
• £40,000 to £45,000 + Car + Training + Progression + Holiday + Pension

The Person:

• Experience with project management (Site Managers. Contracts Managers, Project Managers encouraged to apply)
• Willing to travel around UK
  Must have Full UK driving license
• Willing to receive full training and have an eagerness to learn
