SalaryWe have direct instructions from the Head of the Projects team at a leading US firm in London, who is looking for a 4+PQE Projects solicitor, who has experience of upstream Oil and Gas or Liquified Natural Gas.
The team advises clients on a wide range of projects and transactions in the Energy and Infrastructure sectors, with a particular focus on the upstream and midstream oil and gas sectors, LNG and LNG shipping matters.
Lawyers assist clients with the structuring and development of projects, joint venture arrangements, asset sales and purchases and corporate acquisitions, disposals and financings.
