Property Administrator – 3 month Contract – £105 per day - Birmingham
An immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Administrator to join a leading global property consultancy in Central London on a 3 month temporary contract with the potential opportunity to go from a temporary to permanent position. The role is offering £105 per day which is the equivalent of £32K (pro rata) per annum.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality customer service to tenants and vendors
- Scheduling site visits
- Coordinating with tenants
- General office admin and management tasks
- Handling and processing payments
- Maintaining contact information
- Managing filing systems for a variety of documents and contracts
- Updating databases
Skills required:
- Previous administrative experience is essential, ideally within property management
- Previous work within a property team/consultancy is essential
- Property management software experience is required (ideally Horizon)
- Confident using excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Organised and capable of handling work load
- Confident managing complex data and databases
