SalaryREED Business Support Bath is seeking a Temporary Property Administratorfor a business based in Somerset.

6 month contract
Monday - Friday, 37 hours
£25,625 (pro rata)
The successful Temporary Property Administratorwill have a proven background in Administration and Customer Service along with excellent IT skills. You will have the ability to switch from one system to another.
Typical duties include:
- Using an internal portal to create and update client records
- Supporting the team with campaigns and projects
- Contacting customers via telephone, text and email
- Helping the engineers to carry out essential maintenance on the properties
- Preparing for meetings, booking rooms, managing agendas and minutes
- Building relationships and liaising with other departments and outside agencies
The ideal candidate should have:
- Evidence of providing high quality, customer focused services that deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
- Evidence of providing administrative services within an organisation which deals with large volumes of varied transactions and a complex customer base
- Demonstrate a good level of numeracy, literacy and IT skills
