SalaryA highly respected and busy independent sales and lettings agent is looking for an experienced and organised Receptionist / Negotiator for their Taunton office for a fixed term 12 month contract with a salary of £24-26,000 DOE. This is an exciting role with lots of customer interaction in a thriving and interesting industry.
They are looking for a hard-working and personable person, who is articulate and well-presented, a real team player and a person with a "can-do" attitude. They are a down to earth and friendly team and are looking for a customer focused and organised person who can roll their sleeves up and deliver in a busy environment. Responsibilities include answering the phone, booking viewings and giving feedback to vendors.
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
In return, there is salary in the region of £24-26,000 depending on experience. This is a great company with a super reputation both as an employer and a property agent. Obviously this could lead to a permanent role within the company in the future.
