With over 45 years of experience in the property industry, our client manages large residential developments across London and South East England. They are dedicated to delivering expert property management services to Residents' Management Companies and Residents' Associations, ensuring their clients protect their investments.


About the Role:

As a Property Management Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in our client's team. Responsibilities include:

  • General office administration
  • Handling conveyancing enquiries
  • Maintaining essential records
  • Assisting the Property Manager
  • Managing phone and email enquiries
  • Coordinating property maintenance contractors
  • Compliance related administration


The Ideal Candidate:

To thrive in this role, candidates must have:

  • At least 2 years of office experience
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and typing skills
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • A professional approach to customer service
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ideally, experience in property management or customer service in a commercial setting
