A well-established Property Management company just outside of Shrewsbury, is looking for their next full-time Office Administrator. They are a stable nationwide business with multiple offices over the UK.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to be a Property Manager as naturally this is the first step! After probation you will have the opportunity to study your IRPM qualifications as the company will pay for your first few exams!
Your role will be crucial to maximise the overall performance of the branch and others! Their office is the hub for queries from other branches as well if nobody is available, so there is never a dull moment.
Your main priority will be answering phone calls from client and tenants as well as responding general enquiry emails. You will assist with scanning, photocopying, filing and uploading confidential and important documents. Property Managers will be able to get you involved with organising and issuing works orders for routine maintenance such as cleaning & gardening.
With their fantastic training courses, you will be guided and mentored through the process, supported by fun team leaders and inclusive Branch Managers.
A successful candidate will have some customer service experience and have a passion for the industry.
This is a permanent 9am-5pm office based role with a salary starting at £22,308 + benefits.
