Jonathan Lee Recruitment is working with a client looking for an Accounts Office Administrator for a leading manufacturing business in Telford, Shropshire. This administrator role comes with an excellent contract rate and a permanent role after 12 weeks.
As an Accounts Office Administrator, you will be involved in the following daily activities:
- Answer the telephone and direct calls as required, file/scan
- Open and distribute post
- Check purchase invoices against purchase orders
- Create courier paperwork, arrange collections
- Collate information for reports
To apply for this role, you will need previous experience within a similar role. You'll also require:
- Experience with MS Office packages
- Data inputting experience
- Competency in updating KPIs and spreadsheets
