Alexander Daniels are recruiting for a Property Administrator on a full time permanent basis for a business based in Birmingham. This role requires someone who is passionate about all things property and has great experience within an administration role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with consultants and representatives to manage the following Facilities Management, Service charge audits, new leases, General administration regarding new and existing developments, Lease renewals and rent reviews, Maintenance, Health & Safety
- Support in the preparation of a monthly board report
- Assist with management and review of service charge budgets.
- Assist with Risk register preparation & actions.
- Adherence to governance and compliance regulations
- Maintain all leases, files, records, and software systems at optimum efficiency to ensure full compliance with best practice and governing legislation.
- Liaison / project management with relevant third parties (e.g. developers and legal companies)
- Monitor project costings and cash flow.
- Assist with design, planning, and construction phases from inception to completion.
- Assist with procurement of suppliers and professional consultants.
