Job Description
We are looking for a Part Time Property Administrator based at our Chorley Branch Hub. You will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to our Branch/Hub network.The main focus will be on administration tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of various processes. The successful candidate will be a friendly & confident person with an eye for detail. You will have be computer literate, with an excellent telephone manner.
Responsibilities
· Produce property brochures, checking for accuracy and compliance
· Edit and create property virtual tours/videos
· Order Energy Performance Certificates for properties
· Carry out Anti Money Laundering Checks
· Creating invoices and collecting payment
· Communicating with vendors and purchasers via telephone and email
· Using spreadsheets to record data and track progress
· During busy periods there are additional task which you may be required to undertake
