Nelson and Colne College Group is made up of a family of colleges – Nelson & Colne College, Lancashire Adult Learning and Accrington & Rossendale College. The Exciting Role
A new and exciting opportunity has become available for a Quality Assurance Administrator.
The successful candidate will be primarily based at our Nelson site but may be required to travel across sites. You will work as part of the Quality Assurance team, reporting to the Head of Quality. This is a fantastic opportunity to support and challenge Quality Assurance of learner experience processes through data analysis, learner voice activity and supporting the wider team to monitor risk across the College curriculum areas.
What You Will Be Doing:
You will assist the Quality Assurance team, reporting on learner experience across the College Group. You will support in providing monthly reports for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to track and monitor curriculum data such as attendance, retention, etc. to identify areas of risk. You will capture learner voice and stakeholder feedback as part of deep dive activity within curriculum areas for subjects requiring improvement. You will undertake ad hoc learner voice activity on campus, at both Accrington and Nelson sites, to collect and collate learner views to enable us to enhance our learner experience. You will be responsible for liaising with internal and external stakeholders to schedule meetings and record minutes accordingly.
What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a highly motivated person to join the Quality Assurance team, preferably with experience of an education environment. Experience of working within a Quality Assurance framework would be beneficial. You must be a team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, working with initiative to be responsive and adaptable. Excellent communication skills are essential with a positive and enthusiastic manner.
- 5 GCSEs or equivalent including Maths and English at grade C/4 or above
- Level 3 Qualifications in Administration, or another relevant subject
