As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Group Property & Estates Manager.

Role Summary:

As the Group Property & Estates Manager, you will play a pivotal role in project managing capital and refurbishment projects as well as driving strong cost control in respect of our repairs and maintenance programme across our extensive portfolio of properties and facilities. This role will encompass driving added value from the property estate and maximising cost efficiencies, managing the maintenance team and operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving property sustainability improvements working alongside our Sustainability team. Key Responsibilities:

· Project Management and implementation of and agreed capital and refurbishment projects programme in respect of the Property Estate

· Implement robust property management systems and processes to ensure project costs are controlled and delivered on budget in addition to efficient and cost-effective maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all properties.

· Prepare budgets and financial forecasts for property-related projects and operations, monitor expenses, and drive cost-saving initiatives.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Company’s property advisor, Facilities Managers, Contractors, and property owners to maximize value and ensure the smooth running of operations.

· Stay abreast of legal and regulatory requirements related to Building Regulations, Town Planning, Sustainability requirements and Property Management, ensuring compliance at all times.

· Identify opportunities to generate added value income streams

· Drive property sustainability improvements working alongside our Sustainability team

Requirements:

· Track record of strong project management and cost control of capital projects and repairs and maintenance programmes

· Proven experience as a Property or Estates Manager, preferably within a large-scale organization or in a similar capacity.

· A solid understanding of commercial property management principles and practices.

·

· Excellent leadership and team management skills, inspiring and driving high performance.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
