Property Care Planner

We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Yeovil, who are recruiting for a Property Care Planner on three months temporary – permanent contract.
The position is due to start immediately, with the potential to go full time. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable up to £18 via an Umbrella company.

The ideal candidate will have experience planning/scheduling maintenance works either on a planned or a responsive basis. Coupled with this, it is essential the candidate is comfortable on the receiving and making outbound calls.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Planning, scheduling and managing trade operatives’ diaries, ensuring all works are attended and appointments don’t clash
• Managing and prioritising all communication regarding planned works, ensuring all enquiries are actioned accordingly
• Ordering materials and coordinating deliveries so operatives are able to complete works on times
• Chasing invoices and ensuring all payments are completed on time to ensure client/customer satisfaction
• Overseeing the planned works email inbox and ensure this does not become overcrowded

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing
• Experience working with customers within housing
• Experience in planning/coordinating
• Experience using OpenHousing/Optimize is desired

Working hours:

• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday – Friday, 08:00/30 am-16:00/30pm
