Job description

Location: Based at Telford (Hybrid working arrangement) with travel across operational areas; Shropshire, Staffordshire and the West Midlands.

Salary: £36,147 per annum.

Hours: Full-time, 36 hours per week.

What you will be doing:

As the Property Compliance and Delivery Supervisor, you will lead a team to ensure high-quality work in tenants' homes, Extra Care, communal, and commercial buildings. Your role involves monitoring systems, achieving productivity targets, and contributing to continuous improvement, with a focus on property safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key objectives:

  • Supervise a team to deliver high-standard work and comply with safety regulations.
  • Monitor systems for repairs, building compliance, and maintenance to achieve targets.
  • Ensure maximum productivity, efficiency, and quality of work from each team member.
  • Supervise and support the Building Assistant in property safety and compliance tasks.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, emphasising property safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

What we are looking for:

  • 3 years' experience in a housing or construction-related environment.
  • Experience in managing and supervising a team is essential.
  • Trade qualification or ONC (or higher) in Building Studies (or comparable) is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in preparing works schedules, contract documentation, and administering building contracts.
  • Thorough understanding of relevant Health and Safety procedures.
  • Competence in using Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent communication skills.
