Remuneration:

• Competitive annual salary ranging from £20,000 to £25,000 ??
• On-target earnings of £40,000+

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Deal with customer enquiries and register applicants ????
• Arrange and conduct property viewings �???
• Follow up with applicants and present offers to senior staff ??
• Liaise with Property Managers and conduct property inspections �???
• Assist the admin team with the tenant move-in process ???

Skills and experience required:

• Experience in sales or customer service essential
• Outstanding customer care and service skills ????
• Resilient, positive, and able to work well under pressure
• Organised, numerate, and detail-oriented ????
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills ?????
• Proficient in MS Office, internet, and email systems ????
• Must be presentable and well-groomed ????

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm ?

In this role, you will be responsible for dealing with customer enquiries, registering applicants, arranging property viewings, and following up on applications. You will liaise with other team members, conduct property inspections, and assist the admin team with the tenant move-in process. It's an exciting and dynamic role that requires outstanding customer care, organisation skills, and attention to detail.

We offer a competitive annual salary of £20,000 to £25,000, with on-target earnings exceeding £40,000.
