Property consultant/Marketing and Office Manager

I am working on a unique opportunity, supporting the Director of a boutique residential property marketing company in a 1:1 capacity. This is a varied, creative role, marketing residential properties based in the country to the company’s London clientele, developing excellent relationships with clients (prospective buyers and Property Consultants), and general office admin.
The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of the UK home counties, either a demonstrable interest in property or previous property experience, and marketing experience desirable. I am looking for exceptionally well presented, sophisticated candidates with an excellent telephone manner, happy to work 5 days in an office.
Your main duties will include:
- Producing social media content and managing the website
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives
- Maintaining and developing media contacts
- Managing a bi-annual property publication
- Organising the annual Property show
- Day to day management of existing clients
- Researching potential new clients
- General office admin
You will have:
- Experience working in property or an obvious interest in property
- Previous office experience
- Marketing experience desirable
- Knowledge of the Home Counties
- Excellent communicator – verbal and written
- Natural people person
- Extremely well presented
- Happy to be based 5 days a week in the office
