About the role
We are currently recruiting for a Property Information Manager based in Chippenham. This is a full time position on a fixed term contract. This vacancy is 4-6 months with the potential of being extended.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all property-related data, across the whole of the directorate, is fit for purpose.
Your role with involve close liaison and working relationships across the Group and in particular with the Property Services Team.
You will be responsible for ensuring the asset management systems used are fit for purpose.
Your role will occasionally be required to deputise for the Head of Service.

About you
You will hold a degree level or equivalent relevant experience/ standard.
You will have experience of implementing rigorous performance and monitoring systems and approaches to data collection, management and integrity.
You will have a proven track record of making informed decisions and providing advice on investment and divestment decisions.
You must have knowledge and understanding of the economic value of property related assets.
You will be able to demonstrate experience and skills managing both customer and supplier relationships to ensure a high level of customer care and satisfaction.
