Property Lawyer needed in South west London Paying £28.37 per hr 1184317

Full time hours on a permanent basis

• To undertake all work including, amongst other matters, to ensure the provision of high quality cost effective specialist legal advice guidance and support in the field of property law.
• This includes residential and commercial conveyancing, development agreements, landlord and tenant matters, compulsory purchase and other related work including advice, preparing orders and notices, drafting and similar agreements and legal work necessary for the performance of the teams functions.
