Role Overview:

Due to internal growth, we are seeking an ambitious individual to join our client’s experienced team as a Property Litigation Lawyer. This role, based in the North Devon office, provides a unique opportunity to work closely with one of our senior lawyers who is an expert in this field.

Responsibilities:

• Handling a range of Property Litigation matters, including disputes related to residential and commercial properties.
• Collaborating with senior lawyers to develop legal strategies and provide expert advice.
• Conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings.
• Maintaining excellent client care standards, exceeding clients' expectations.
• Contributing to the continued success and growth of the Property Litigation department.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with 1-4 years of experience in Property Litigation.
• Strong understanding and interest in Property Litigation work.
• Excellent client care skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and learn from senior lawyers.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
