Known for their "strength in depth from partner to junior solicitor levels...capable of litigating substantial real estate disputes" (Legal 500), they are seeking a motivated and skilled Property Litigation Solicitor to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
As a key member of our Property Litigation department, you will have the exciting opportunity to:
- Run a Varied Caseload: Take responsibility for a diverse range of real estate disputes, showcasing your expertise in Property Litigation.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a newly established team of lawyers and paralegals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ+) or Chartered Legal Executive with a focus on Property Litigation, or a Litigation Executive / Manager with relevant housing litigation experience.
- Proven track record in handling real estate disputes and litigation matters.
- Strong teamworking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ambition and drive to contribute to the growth and success of the Property Litigation department.
