Form of workTSR Legal are delighted to be assisting an award-winning law firm who are seeking a General/Property Litigation Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Senior Paralegal who can independently manage their own caseload, for their Exeter office. As part of the litigation team, you will handle a variety of general and property litigation matters.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a diverse caseload of general and property litigation matters.
- Providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients.
- Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and attending court hearings.
- Negotiating settlements and resolving disputes effectively.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Senior Paralegal with expertise in general and property litigation.
- Proven ability to independently manage a caseload and handle matters from inception to resolution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
- Experience in alternative dispute resolution methods is advantageous.
