What will you do?
- Work directly with a supportive and established Partner
- Advise on a range of civil and commercial property disputes to include
- Co-ownership disputes
- Neighbour disputes – rights of way, adverse possession, harassment, boundary disputes
- Lease disputes
- Commercial rent recovery
- Enforcement of charges and possession
- Advise a broad and established client base
What will you need?
- To be coming up to qualification as a solicitor or legal executive OR with up to 3 years’ litigation experience
- Property litigation experience from your training contract or pre/post experience
- A willingness for continued learning and professional development
