The firm's nationally renowned Property Disputes practice is securing exciting new client wins, propelling their growth to new heights. As such, an exceptional opportunity has emerged for a dynamic and skilled lawyer with 4+ years of PQE to join their team.
The Role:
Their thriving retail practice, one of the nation's largest, is on an upward trajectory. With an impressive client roster including landlords, tenants with national portfolios, developers, and investors, they serve diverse sectors such as telecoms, retail, energy, and government. As a vital member of their team, you will play a crucial role in expanding their retail practice by handling a diverse range of contentious commercial property matters. These include telecoms, landlord and tenant issues (e.g., 1954 Act renewals, dilapidations, and break notices), and general property disputes such as adverse possession, easements, and title disputes. With a bustling workload, you will immediately engage in high-quality client work, serving as a principal fee earner and supervising colleagues. Collaborate closely with their transactional Real Estate team, benefiting from a supportive and collegial environment that fosters development.
