JOB TITLE:        Property Litigation Paralegal
EXPERIENCE:    2 + years’

SALARY:            £25,000 - £35,000
The appointed Legal Professional will manage a diverse caseload of residential property disputes, such as boundary disputes, nuisance claims, and property damage issues.
•There is potential to gain experience in other areas handled by the Civil Litigation Team, including contract disputes, consumer issues, professional negligence, and inheritance disputes.
•You'll offer precise legal advice, managing clients' expectations through clear explanations of decisions and concise outlines of the claims process.
•Applications are open to legal professionals experienced in managing residential property disputes, with a solid understanding of civil litigation and a proven track record in handling small claims and fast track litigation cases.
