The Role

This leading Top 100 UK Firm are seeking a Property Litigation Senior Associatein Leeds

The national Property Litigation Group has consistently outperformed many of their competitors over the past few years; so inline with strategic growth plans, and increase in work they are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the team. .

This team offers a complete service, across;

• Breach of covenants
• Service charge
• Forfeiture
• Dilapidations
• Restrictive covenants
• Easements
• Trespass
• Claims for possession
• Business tenancy renewals

We are looking for:

• A Property Litigation Senior Associate with 7 PQE +
• We are keen to speak to those with more experience also
• Proven experience or training from a well-established practice
• Relocators from other Regional or City firms in UK, welcome to apply also.
