We are currently working with a Local Authority who are looking to expand their team by recruiting a Property Maintenance and Facilities Manager.
Key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manging and reporting on facilities management across the councils portfolio of properties
- Be involved with delivering a strategic annual programme of works
- Assisting with budget allocations
- Leading the Reactive Maintenance team
Key candidate requirements:
- Understanding of building and maintenance issues and the ability to recognise these defects and order suitable remedial works
- Understanding of building legislations
- Experience managing a team, managing budgets and writing reports
This role is working with a Local Authority in London, but may aslo suit candidates based in Kent.
