Hyde are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Maintenance Contract Manager to join our team. This key role will focus on overseeing responsive repairs covering properties predominantly within the SE, Bromley and Croydon postcodes, ensuring that KPIs are met and fostering the growth and development of a large team of repairs specialists.

Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage Property Maintenance Contracts to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
- Oversee and coordinate responsive repairs within the London area, ensuring timely and effective solutions for housing association properties.
- Drive performance to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), maintaining a high level of service quality.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled team of maintenance professionals, fostering a positive working environment.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and cooperation in achieving maintenance goals.
- Assist in the development and management of budgets related to Property Maintenance Contracts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Property Maintenance Contract management, preferably within the housing sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of responsive repairs processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solution focused to enable customer complaints to be resolved professionally and efficiently.
