Position:Property Management

Location: Colchester

Salary: £24000 to £30000(based on experience)

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 6pm; Saturday, 8:30am to 4:30pm - If working sat day off in week

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day Property Management activities, including maintenance, inspections, and tenant relations.
• Liaise with property owners, tenants and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Property Management preferred, but not essential; training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to details.
