Property Manager

I am working with a high quality housing association, who are searching for a Property Manager to support the local community.

Contract:3 Months

Start Date: Immediately

Job Role:

You will be responsible for providing excellent property management service within the Housing Sector, including multi-occupancy and self contained properties.

• To support with the allocation of rented accommodation - Issuing tenancy agreements, collecting payments, managing empty buildings and ensuring minimal rental loss
• Support residence with any issues or queries that may arise
• Book and monitor contractors performance when needed
• Carry out property inspections to ensure no damage to the property
• Building relationships with both residence and contractors
• Assist the management team with policies, procedures and work practices to improve delivery.
• Ad-hoc duties

The ideal candidate will have experience working within Specialist Housing, be able to deal with complaints whilst providing a high level of service.
