Property Manager
Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending upon experience, plus bonus
Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday with one 12.00 – 8pm shift each week (fixed day)

We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team in Liverpool. As the number one shared-housing agency in the city, we manage over 800 bedrooms across Liverpool and Wirral.
The ideal candidate will be a self-driven, motivated, and enthusiastic individual who is outgoing, a good communicator, and passionate about property and people. You will join a fun and friendly office team and be responsible for managing a portfolio of HMO properties.

Key responsibilities include:
- Being the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, providing prompt and professional service by phone and email, and finding efficient resolutions to any issues.
- Conducting regular property inspections and visits.
- Prioritising and coordinating repairs, including emergencies, urgent works, ad-hoc maintenance, and regular cleaning tasks, and ensuring tenant and landlord satisfaction.
- Arranging initial and renewal of compliance certificates, such as Gas, EICR, and PAT testing, and diarising due dates.
- Applying for new HMO licences and licence renewals as required.
- Working alongside the lettings team to coordinate move-in and move-out inspections.
- Building strong, trusted relationships with our internal and external customers.
- Assisting with the process and collection of tenant arrears.
What we are looking for in a candidate:
Essential Skills:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in Property Management, block management, student accommodation, or any other property related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Confident team player with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
- Good knowledge and understanding of the lettings/property management industry.
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle for conducting property visits.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of the Liverpool area.
- Experience with HMO properties.
- Familiarity with property management software like Arthur, Hello report, or similar.
